Future-Oriented Curriculum
My 7-point plan, developed through extensive meetings with parents and community advocates, will create a more inclusive and supportive environment for our special education students and those with IEPs, by focusing on early identification & intervention; enhancing professional development; individualizing support and inclusion programs; increasing outreach and support for parents of special education students; utilizing assistive technology; implementing robust data tracking systems to monitor the progress of students with IEPs, ensuring timely adjustments to educational plans and interventions; and improving transition planning.
